1. Shipping
- Delivery time: Orders are usually delivered within 4 weeks.
- Shipping costs:
- Orders of €300 or more: free shipping.
- Orders under €300: shipping cost of €50.
- Carriers: We ship with Bpost, DHL, DPD, and PostNL.
- Tracking: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number by e-mail.
- Delivery area: We currently deliver to Belgium, Netherlands, Germany, France, Spain, Portugal, Italy, Ireland, Denmark, Switzerland, United Kingdom.
2. Returns
- Return period: You can return a product within 14 days of receipt.
- Return conditions:
- The product must be unused and returned in its original condition and packaging.
- Return shipping costs are at the customer’s expense, except in the case of a defective or incorrectly delivered product.
- Reporting a return: Please notify us by e-mail (info@tactile.tools) or via our contact form before sending back your return.
- Defective products: Defects must be reported within 14 days of receipt.
- Refunds: After receiving and checking your return, we will refund the purchase price (including the shipping cost of the initial delivery) within 30 days using the same payment method.
- Exceptions: Customized or made-to-order products cannot be returned unless defective.
